“I was delighted with the service provided by Tim. He was able to place my phone back in its original space in the dining room where it should have been. He was also able to clean up the mess of cords in a jumble sitting behind my computer. And also set a default font for me on Word and Excel which I was unaware of how to do and neither was the previous technician. In effect he cleaned up the shambles left by your previous employee.”

“Initial problem was resolved realitivly easily however another issue with my printer was discovered after Ross left. The printer tray extension will no longer close it appears it was opened too far & is now stuck.”

“I had some questions arising from a visit by a technician today Then manager rang me up very promptly and fully answered and addressed my concerns. This shows great management and good communication processes by the company. I still recommend them”

“Michael was pleasant and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, he was unable to diagnose what was wrong with the computer, it is still not responding as it should on startup. I will probably be contacting you again soon. Kay”

“May I suggest when a client is wanting - quite simply a WOF - that there could be 3 levels of inspection/assessment, with accompanying paperwork....boxes to tick by GEEK, indicating to the client , all of what has been checked. I love Geeks on Wheels !!!!!”

“I would not have known where to start if I had to go shopping to buy a new computer. It was wonderful to have Geeks on Wheels do the purchase for me and set up the computer in my home. I am very happy with the purchase and it's great to know I just need to phone and I will get the help I need. Very good service, no wasted time, good communication. Thank you.”
