I'm pretty unhappy with the quality of service. I was having issues connecting my wifi using extenders, and so I asked the company for help. The technician was quick to dismiss my issue and said it is because I have "unreliable" tech, despite the fact that I had been using it flawlessly for 6+ months. Funnily enough, me and my neighbour fiddled with the system some more after the technician left and noticed that the system has two different models of satellite, and that we were originally trying to connect a router to a router-- which was never going to work. We re-organised the system so that we were only connecting the satellites to the router and magic-- it worked.I think the issue is solved now... I feel disappointed in the attitude of the technician, which left me feeling unheard-- and the cost of the "work" (>$200). The call center people were great through, and very responsive. Thanks for getting backk to me about this issue,a nd I appreciate your understanding + refund. Cheers

Amandeep was excellent. He sorted our messy OneDrive set up, made recommendations on how to improve our systems, and was a pleasure to have in the office!

I am very pleased with the perseverance of your technician Justin, who has solved the issue of having to deal with old technology. It took us a while, with many options tried as it was extremely hard to source another native XP. Thanks Justin

Been with Geeks for many years now, and have no complaints from day one to now. Vaughan was good, came on time and left after an hour. Answered the odd question I put to him.

Very pleased with technician, Anthony C, who was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the issues in an easily understood way. File management, back-up, password protection and anti-Malware (which all needed attention) received excellent help from Anthony. Highly recommended for service and support.

JesseB set everything up as requested. He was fast and effective and very kindly explained what I needed to do. He left clear operating instructions. He is efficient and personable and I'd hire him again, no question.

I was super-impressed with the service from Geeks on Wheels. Amandeep was prompt, friendly and professional, and quickly identified how to best set up our Wifi and troubleshoot all the connectivity issues we'd been having.

Very good. Chance and I got along very well, not always easy for me when dealing with Geeks. My 86 year old brain is not used to dealing with computer logic through the computer but Chance managed to set up my computers to do what I wanted them to do, and when I want them to do it. Thanks a lot, Chance.

Regan did a wonderful job with our computer. A lovely pleasant young lady who knows her "stuff" Geeks on Wheels, we would highly recommend! this is the 2nd time we have used them. Very easy to deal with.

I am writing as Francine Porteous for whom the work was done by Kieran. Kieran was perfect for the job which was to: -reset and simplify the set up of apps and -explain to a someone who has previously used a Samsung Galaxy phone the updated functions and additions and changes on new updated model of the phone. This was with the aim of making me confident using my new phone and to fully understand how it best meets my needs. Kieran was very approachable and patient and well versed in his use and understanding of the Android phone model I am using. I now feel very confident again with my decision to stick with a Samsung Galaxy phone and am enjoying the day with the removal of an unnecessary source of stress in my life.
