“Ordered a Gund Flappy elephant for my son's first birthday!!! The item was showing in stock on the 21st of November when I placed the order and I also paid for a two day delivery.
It is now the 9th of December and I have sent two emails chasing the delivery but as of yet I have not received any response from them? The item is showing as processing on the web site.

“Ordered 6 things from this company and its been a month, emailed them as not hward anything an had an email back to say stock was coming in the following week, emailed them again for an updated and havent heard anything. So disappointed.”
