“Avoid!!! The worst online shopping experience I ever had. I have received the order on November 14th however, the item turned out to be faulty. I've ask several times for an info how to proceed with no respond. It's been three weeks now and I'm still ignored.
Considering the way thay treat the customer, I'm surprised that the company is still existing.”
“Ordered 6 things from this company and its been a month, emailed them as not hward anything an had an email back to say stock was coming in the following week, emailed them again for an updated and havent heard anything. So disappointed.”

“Made a purchase on 3/18 and was told there would be 2-3 shipping. It’s now the 26th and according to “Geekswag” website they said they’ve sent out the parcel, but Hermes is insisting that they haven’t received any word from them. I’ve already been charged for the order too.
