“My order was sent to the wrong house, it took two weeks to find out it had gone to a different street. I explained you could see from the delivery photo they showed that it was not my address if you looked on Google maps. I was told to wait while they sorted it with royal mail. Another week and I was told it was a few streets away and that I needed to go round there (very wrong in my opinion considering I didn't know them and they'd had it two weeks! Awkward and potentially dangerous situation to put someone in!). Turned out the parcel was still sat on the doorstep but contents were ruined albeit the actual rings. Boxes and pouches soaked through and broken, totally un giftable. After going round and round in circles with them, the only resolution they would give me was to pay to return it all. Bad in my view, even a partial refund or voucher would have been ok, but no. I declined and will not use again”

“Online scams are unfortunately prevalent. I unfortunately lost a substantial sum of money after investing $78,000 with an online forex scammer. “Avoid. Took multiple purchases without approval, blamed myself despite admitting their system had problems - had originally said a order was cancelled when it wasnt. Customer services is norm quick but when it is a mistake on their behalf it was delayed to the point 'the items had now been dispatched there is nothing we can do'. I fail to believe any postitive reviews. I have only used due to sentimental meaning of the shop but would avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Customer service is to benefit the company not the customer.”

“Bit of a mixed bag as I have been really happy with some items but some when they arrive are way smaller than they appear on the screen. I appreciate that I am not rich and mainly go for cheaper items but even so they should be the size that they are on the screen - a couple of pendants that I bought are barely visible on the neck line. Also quite fed up with turning on and finding that bloke with a beard - think his name is Dave - droning on and on - do other people really care about wholesale prices or reading loads of texts - I lose the will to live. Is is because they don’t have so much to sell nowadays so they pad it out with endless yapping on. Also the price drop thing is ridiculous- all the hype is nothing more that the old fashioned market sellers - get everyone in a panic thinking they will be missing out on a bargain - for goodness sake you have already decided what price you are going to sell it and amazingly the phone lines are always so busy! And while I am here what is the “we are selling it for under £20” - it is £19.99 for goodness sake - we are not all stupid sitting at home! A couple of the presenters speak at high volume and at 90 miles an hour and sometimes I think if they say it is “natural” or “ amazing” and apparently they love everything they sell - not possible Sorry got it all off my chest now”

“Candles with barely any scent. Over exposure of Dave Troth and his jade/pearls slots. To much theatrics with 1/2 hour of showcase dedicated to the presenters bigging the products up! I have shopped with them from day 1, there are still some pieces which I would consider. However, this channel is a shadow of its former self. Repeating the same video clips over and over again, Hong Kong trade fair pearls, Tucson trade fair! The same drivel with a sprinkle of fear factor. If you don't buy it now, yu won't be able to get it anywhere! I sit watching online, prices online change before the presenters have even stated what it's going to and then gasp with shock at how low it is although it's obviously pre-arranged. Enough acting, best get back to selling without the script. And stop shouting at your viewers - we are not deaf!”

“They have now closed my account due to high returns, they said I was warned in 2014 and they expect me to remember the details in the email they sent me!!! I have also kept alot of items but that was not taken into account. I am banned permanently which I find a shocking thing a company can do because you won’t keep their poor quality jewellery!!!”

“I bought thousands of dollars worth of jewelry to resell and not only did EBay erase the feedback I left but they also removed me from selling. This is a terrible jewelry company I have had falling stones from jewelry to theft if I could give them a 0 I would so please beware customers.”
