“Bought a ring was told it would fit size p absolutely nowhere near the fit we wanted ring was nice but useless”

“I've bought a few things, rings, earrings and recently a ponch which is lovely, soft and cozy. Very pretty. The silver rings are really chunky with heavy silver, however my serenity ring doesnt sparkle, that's the only disappointment. Delivery is good, about a week. I've never sent anything back, so cant comment on that.”

“The Karma diffusers that arrived 2 days ago are utterly useless. I put them in a closed room and when I opened the door there was no smell at all. You have to pick up the bottle to smell I have changed the reeds, Can buy far better elsewhere”

“The ring I received looked nothing like on tv. It was smaller and overall looked cheaper. Very disappointing. On top of that customer services are awe full. Retuned the item 10 days ago still no refund and they made me pay for 14 pounds postage. Not a serious company”

“Terrible service. Made 2 purchases this week, both incorrect. Even though it wasnt my fault the order was sent incorrectly, I still have to send goods back before they send CORRECT items to me AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE, FOR THEIR F@#k UP! Who's sending these packages out, monkeys? 🙊🙊🙊🙊🙊🙊 not using these again, they are definitely not looking after their customers and their needs otherwise our orders would be correct. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“great hype about the jade braclets saying werth thousands What did everybody who baught get ?well nobidy could get the purple very limeted ? The the other were treated Treatment D which jone of the presenters mentioned Treatment D means the colours are died sad but true !! Anothet from from gemporia ! “Returned several items of jewellry Two pieces a braclet and a ring was of poor quality I waited 6 days to recieve an email stating they had been recieved Had nothing Had to phone yet again Still no confermatiin Untill i gave them the tracking number i was then told it had been recieved but would have to wait another 4 to 5 days for an email and another 7 to 10 days for my money back in total over two weeks Bad custimer service”

“Ordered ring 6am 19th dec, cust services told me that GUARANTEED DELIVERY ONLY MEANS THEY WILL DESPATCH BEFOR XMAS, NOT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IT! Don't know when I will receive refund. Awful! Disgusting!”

“BAIT AND SWITCH HEY I PLACED AN ORDER THINGS SAID SALE AND SAID MY TOTAL ORDER WAS LIKE 74.26 AND THEN THE FINIALIZED THE SALE AND THE ITEMS WERE ALL OF A SUDDEN NO LONGER SALE AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE 170.00 OR MORE AND THE CARD WAS A PREPAID ONE FOR ONLY 75.00. “I made a number of purchases on Gemporia in 2019 .I found service good, fast, - I agree that they should emphasize the return costs of goods/insurance is the purchasers responsibility : when I did return a number of items they were quick in meeting their comittment to no quibble full refund. However I had only one item so far valued, and it came in at less than a third of purchase price - Mike”

“I've ordered a few rings from Gemporia. 2 of them came with scratch on the stone, 1 ring looked like a fake silver as there were brown little dots on the silver. Another one looked like a cheap costume jewellery. One ring came after being resized I believe as there were a bump on the ring. I've kept some of them as they were quiet nice for the price I paid. The rest was sent back. The rings with a diamonds were really nice.”

“I purchased a Aquaprase ring, it arrived cracked, I sent it back at a cost of £7.45 they sent me another one that was a size R I am a N. I saw that LeVian were doing a ooen day at my local mall so I brought the ring in the representative for LeVian did not believe it was a Aquaprase so I said I would bring in a authenticity certificate when I returned they were and I was shocked as they said that stone did not represent what they were selling. I asked the jeweller how much they thought the ring was worth and they stated the price of the silver. I was lead to believe that this stone was worth something and a investment even though the female presenter said shes "not really able to say that" she did..What I am stuck with is a worthless rock that sits in the drawer”
