I'm extremely disappointed with an opal pendent I ordered from Gemporia. Its very small and doesn't even come with the chain it was shown with. I've returned it and will wait to see if they deal with my refund in a timely manner.

I have bought the 9ct gold butterfly pendant necklace from Gemporia. Design is nice but the necklace is super thin and flimsy and the pendant is really small. This necklace is very overpriced even after I used the 30% off discount code. On the second time of use, the necklace broke off. I emailed Gemporia about the whole event and asked for a repair for which I got no reply from them.

Gemporia is the worst shopping channel there is & I now see the odd gemporia presenter coming on to Qvc shopping channel to talk about diamonigue jewellery if any gemporia jewellery comes there. Then I will stop buying from diamonigue as gemporias jewellery are totally rubbish.

Too much talking, hardly any jewellery. This is just another shopping channel. Was a fan and buyer-- no more. I'm gone.

Presenter who is always half dressed. Forgotten her name. She is a total mess! Hair up these days- looks like she doesn't have a mirror. Disgracef! Oh she is always scratching. Is there something wrong with her?

Just saying, having tuned into their tv show a few days ago (which I only rarely do now) they have resorted to this refer a friend bribe which may indicate their customer base is diminishing and needs replenishing. Dave Troth is still trying to flog his Jadite I noticed. Refer a friend huh, then if something does go wrong with their purchase it could be that you find you don't have that friend anymore.

Started buying from them in 2012 when it was Gems TV. Back in those days they were on the whole ok, I especially liked The Lounge. When it was changed to Gemporia gradually over the years however this shopping channel has steadily deteriorated, as has their ethics, chrome diopside from Russia is one example! Gold weights have increasingly been reduced whilst prices of their pieces have gone the other way. Stopped buying from this outfit in 2020 thank goodness. Compared with another TV channel who also sell jewellery, who I now shop with, unlike Gemporia their customer service is 1st class and any returns promptly credited. Gemporia presenters have increasingly become non professional and irritatingly annoying. And don't even get me started on Dave 'Jadeite' Troth, to a man they all shreik and shout as if they are speed. As for the women they are over made up, unsuitably dressed, especially during the day and the studio must be very warm judging from all the low cut dresses on display and more, (presenters dress code must come from the very top) Now it is only live from 7am till 11. 00pm most of the time so it looks as if this channel is financially struggling which doesn't surprise me one bit. I only watch from time to time now if there are no other comedy shows on TV available , that about sums Gemporia these days up!

why are the majority of diamonds the lowest clarity I3 and the we are told they cut out the middle man that’s why they are so cheap, it’s because they are the cheapest diamonds available.

The genuine stones are poor quality eg rubies, diamonds, etc....if they weren't they wouldn't be selling them on Gems TV for a couple of hundred quid?

4 years ago I bought my daughter a gold and diamond ring for her 40th birthday.I paid about 240 pounds for it being assured that they were diamonds. However ,she went to sell it today and when the diamonds were tested she was told they were moissanite. Very disappointed,I have known you from day one and 90 per cent of my jewellery comes from you because I trusted you.

Ordered make up on a bogor promotion and only received one.after contacting customer services I was told I should've ordered 2 at the time. I pointed out that it didn't say that on screen ,but they would not send me the missing one.it was obvious on a bogof deal that i wanted the free one.who wouldn't? Email was also not pleasantly written. Won't be shopping again here.

Ring has been back to them 6 times now, first for a loose stone. Then repeatedly for this again and for a stone falling out. Eventually they replaced a stone with a larger one that is bigger than the others so it looks out of place, said they would correct it. Then 90 days later after having my Ring for 3 months send a letter and the Ring saying they can't fix it.

Amber is supposed to be one of a kind, yet 2 pieces had EXACTLY the same black insect in them. Same shape, same size. Same position. This would be impossible. They must have made multiple plastic insects and somehow put them inside the amber. They are con artists.

Bought what was described as an internally flawless diamond ring and took it to my local trusted jeweller for his opinion. He said that he could see inclusions. I left feedback to this effect and gemporia responded by saying that Safeguard should be used as an impartial valuer. I would really like to know who is the "expert" who comes up with the grade they put on their certificate of authenticity?

Was quite disappointed with the calendar cost 50 pounds the silver chain didn't look like the one on TV and no authenticity. Normally I've been really happy with my orders up until now.
