They have now closed my account due to high returns, they said I was warned in 2014 and they expect me to remember the details in the email they sent me!!! I have also kept alot of items but that was not taken into account. I am banned permanently which I find a shocking thing a company can do because you won’t keep their poor quality jewellery!!!

Compared with another TV channel who also sell jewellery, who I now shop with, unlike GEMPORIA their customer service is 1st class and any returns promptly credited.

Temporising you have the worst returns I’ve ever witnessed, you need to get your act together. Extremely long time before you get confirmation back to say they have received it, then another long wait before the money goes back to your account. Still waiting for two of my orders.

I had tracking that showed that they made it to the returns department in New York, but since CoVid had much of New York shut down, GEMPORIA couldn't find my items.
