Compared with another TV channel who also sell jewellery, who I now shop with, unlike GEMPORIA their customer service is 1st class and any returns promptly credited.

GEMPORIA refunds take an unreasonable time
Also I cannot watch Edina her instant hair fiddling is unwatchable. Someone tell her for goodness sake. It’s so annoying
However the customers service team are brilliant and very helpful

Wanted to close my account but customer service say I have to write in to close account so have just suspended it.

Ordered a ring was good price but a couple of weeks later same ring reduced by £40. Tried customer service no joy, could have easily refunded me £40 and I would have kept ring.returned the ring. So far I've spent £24 returning rings. Won't even look at programme again.
