Insiped stones disappointed with 5 of the 6 rings ordered and taking orders for jewellery clearly not in stock without informing you it's on pre order dipping in and out of your account for payments taking 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Most stones are included with easily seen inclusions - u get want you pay for - hard sell by presenters

Temporising you have the worst returns I’ve ever witnessed, you need to get your act together. Extremely long time before you get confirmation back to say they have received it, then another long wait before the money goes back to your account. Still waiting for two of my orders.

Ordered a ring was good price but a couple of weeks later same ring reduced by £40. Tried customer service no joy, could have easily refunded me £40 and I would have kept ring.returned the ring. So far I've spent £24 returning rings. Won't even look at programme again.

AVOID. Iwanted a morganite ring and saw one on Gemporia in rose gold first time customer paid over £200. No postal tracking until after item came luckily I was home. WHAT A LOAD OF TAT. RUBBISH.quality of gold dreadful and stone no where near quality on programe no shine or depth to it. Once on it looked like something from a licky bag or cheap shop. Shall never use again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Royal Mail tried to delivery today which was tracked but no email or tracking number given by Gemporia so missed them and now can’t get redelivery for two day’s. I wish companies wouldn’t use Royal mail for packages or parcels so far behind times. First time ordering from them and last

I ordered a purse on eBay . It took a few weeks as it came from China. The exact same item appeared in the Destello range - much dearer and they claimed they had made it themselves. Jewellery is ok . Packing and delivery so far so good. Just one other point-Adina ( I’m sure she’s a lovely lady) but I had to stop watching due to the number of times she scratches/touches her face, nose, hair and has an inability to look directly into the camera. Plus occasionally belches. It’s bizarre presentation that I find unnerving.

Granny jewellery. The styles are so old fashioned. Tiny stones. Destello, for the rita faircloughs amongst us. Even a homeless tramp wouldn't be seen dead in it.

I ordered an item on Gemporia. The item was then played on Gemporia Lifestyle with the same code 6 weeks later at a 25%discount. I called to activate the price pledge & was told that because it was sold on Lifestyle that they can’t honour the price pledge. It was the same product & same code! Get your act together!!!

The man who co -hosted tonights show looked an absolute scruff. Wearing a padded body warmer with no sleeves. His arms were so hairy he made me feel sick. He looked like a yeti.

Sorry for the low rating Customer service was excellent I had a problem. With a photo frame a new one a as sent out brill However I don't need to see Destello on 5 hrs one week 6 hrs another,the presenter needs to sell the 5 pages on the Web first before brings other scalfs ect items 140 pnd for affordable fashion STOP being so demanding, pushing for sales and taking over another's presenters 2 hrs actually telling her she can say it's getting to the point of me me me!! Love Eidena But I think she should present with another presenter reduculas And not on Eidins presenting!!

I have to say that the jewelry is fair, they need good designs though they just have a few that they use over and over, specially with the bigger carats, I wanted to buy some masks but I saw Ellis trying all of them,! They might put them all back on the wrapping and send them to customers they are not sealed, very unsanitary!!!!

I love Gemporia and the presenters particularly Ellis, Hattie, Edina and Angeline. The call centre have always been polite and helpful. I don't to buy expensive rings but ones I like and have only had 2 stones fall out, Which my easily back in. In any store there will be something wrong so thanks to Steve Bennett I have a lot of jewellery, hanbage and scarves and he is getting poorer. Well done Steve and all the team.

Ring arrived had to send bk to be resized and now told 5 eks wait was a special birthday ring over 500 and won't be hear.if I'd known this I would have sent the item bk for a refund ..

My order was delivered by royal mail .Only problem was not to me but someone else up the road according to royal mails GPS . Gemporia consider it delivered so I've lost my money and 3 pieces of jewellery . I have spoken to quite a few advisors , ranging from helpful to downright rude don't give a dammit. I have lost out because the postman couldn't bother to look for door numbers and gemporia only answer is it has been delivered . They need to sort things out or they will be losing even more customers. So dissapointed with the customer service . Would love to review my jewellery but it's hard to review something you never received , even though you have paid for it .

Very disappointed I have been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks on a item that arrived damaged WTH Gemporia obviously need the money to prop up their books can't see this company lasting another year they went bankrupt in the USA and screwed everyone over I'm no longer purchasing I just don't feel comfortable

Over the years I have purchased many many rings from Gemporia but this stopped when the quality of the product s went downhill. The rings or whatever shown on the TV were wonderful, but what you received was junk. I purchased a ring a few weeks ago and sent it back as it was too big, I am still waiting for a refund. I have e mailed them to find out where my money is and the response is we are processing your order. Other companies take days to refund i have been waiting weeks for my money. I think they hold on to people s money for as long as possible to earn interest from it. After this I won't ever use them again.
