Rep was fine but I was looking to get my payment history emailed to me and I never received anything.

Switched from ATT because of lousy coverage and also price.. Both price and especially coverage with the addition of T-Mobile are incredible.. I couldn't be happier that I have the service, only wish I'd found it several thousand dollars ago..

I purchased a plan in good faith and worked with support for weeks trying to have my data setup. This was unacceptable as I changed carriers and they had me up and running just as promised. The problem continued as I was to get a refund as my service was incomplete and the account was opened on 12/27/20 and after many phone conversations today 02/01 21 as I was on the line with customer support suddenly the refund was posted as pending back into my bank account. This is very poor service and there are many carriers to choose to do business with I will spread the word as to the treatment I received. Thanks for nothing as the company does not deserve 1 star and should be closed down.

The mobile Internet is pretty unstable. Apart from that, it takes a lot of time for the system to receive SMS text messages (for example, during online verifications on some websites). Finally, sometimes the system does not recognise a phone number giving an error that the phone number is not registered.

The product is exactly what I need for my child's phone and you can't beat the price! Customer service has always been polite and quickly addressed my concerns. I wish the plan renewal process was more streamlined and worked without me having to call customer service every 3 months.

In the meantime, our Gen Mobile Care app can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple App store onto a tablet or smartphone. This mobile app allows you to renew your plan real-time. Excellent cell coverage, best prices, and a highly competent customer service team. What else can you ask for? My main line Verizon is horrible at home, so I added GenMobile for my work from my home calls, and it provides steady signal and clear voice. I've shopped, and the prices can't be beat. Finally, for those times I had questions about setting up my phone and account questions, the customer service team has proven to be highly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks GenMobile!!
