Good plan for low data needs. I like the ability to purchase economical international dialing credit.

Gen mobile worked well as a low cost provider. There were a few small connection issues at the beginning but were worked out quickly.

1. The Gen Care App does not allow you to change accounts if your number changes. 2. The renewal options on the webpage (shopify) are not visible and no search function is available. 3. The ability to re-order from a previous order is not available either. This forces a person to speak to a representative every time a renewal is need.

Just there is a desire for better service, there are places ib the Tampa Bay area that are weak. Other than that I am well pleased!

Reasonable customer service when I use the chat, some better than others. Same with telephone calls. Good value. Service dropped 1 time and was back to normal next day. Good international connections.

I appreciate the low plan options. Would give it 5 stars if Gen mobile worked with phones bought outside the US, and if totals (when renewing plans) would show the tax being charged. It’s misleading to not see this until you look at your credit card statement.

We bought Gen Mobile Kyocera Dura XTP E4281 Pre-owned phone and and 3 month unlimited talk and text plan. We are happy with Gen Mobile products. Phone is working great: sound is clear and loud.

It is the best phone company if you like to call out side of the country. $15 for unlimited call and text is perfect for my mom. Sometimes I can hear Double sounds that is the only thing is annoying. It is happening after gen move to GSN.
