“Terrible they are rubbish, I bought a petrol hedge trimmer, it has never worked, I’ve never used it, when it runs the blades operate on there own this is highly dangerous, when the throttle is squeezed it cuts out. I’ve been corresponded with their customer service to put it bluntly they are muppets. Do not use this company so unprofessional”

“Excellent service and fantastic speedy delivery, despatched Tue received Thur lunch. I ordered a HMY430SPE mower 17” with Electric start and self propelled it’s absolutely brilliant. Just received it, tried it out, started first time, the electric start is magic, it does have a manual pull cord if the battery runs flat. Tried the mulching out too, you can hardly see the clippings on the grass. A great plus also, you get a 600mI bottle of oil, so you can get mowing straight after assembly, this was straightforward too. The only this I was a little confused about, was where to attach the cable pull cord holding spring, it goes where the upper handle is attached to the lower part, just put it on the screw and tighten. Can’t believe how quick the delivery was, others were two to three weeks del. It’s a great little mower and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this mower. Brilliant service, Brilliant Mower, really pleased with it and so much power too. Thank you ..best regards James.”

“15th June Received lawnmower/strimmer the other day, not impressed with having to build it up, right down to putting on the wheels & trim, finally used it for 1st time yesterday, had to change the cutting height a few times & still did not think it gave it a good cut, went over the grass a few times which I have never had to do with any other lawnmower I have bought, also the cable came out after using it, really not impressed with it at all, only reason I am not sending it back as I really cannot be bothered having to go through all the hassle of dismantling it, packing it & taking it to return, certainly would not recommend this lawnmower to anyone that I know Update 5th August I received a very quick response (Next day) from Aarron at Hyundai regarding my feedback on my lawnmower purchase, he could not have been more helpful, what a difference it makes dealing with a Company & their staff that cares & goes out their way to help Customers, it definitley made things a lot easier, have been in contact with Aarron from the beginning. They also organized pick up of the lawnmower & I have received full refund, no quibbles about it, very rare, very happy with the outcome, Thank you once again for your time & help with this, definitley deserves 5 stars Aarron & Charlotte x”

“Hyundai 7524 compressor Excellent service from beginning to end. Prompt and courteous delivery. When I rang to explain a part needed replacing they couldn't have been more helpful on the phone. The part was delivered the very next day. Thank you for an excellent online order experience. I certainly won't hesitate to order from you again”

“I bought a Hyundai mower and there was a problem with delivery that was my fault. Genpower went to great lengths to redirect even going so far as contacting the delivery firm (TNT) that was actually on the way to my premises and redirecting to another address 100 miles away. The only frustration is that their phone lines are switched off because of Covid but they dealt with my problem promptly by email. I consider they went ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED. Thank you Genpower”

“Ordered a petrol lawnmower and in just 24 hrs later ...everything arrived.Assembled the mower in 5 mins,prepped and started 1st time ,cut the grass in a large garden perfectly? Nothing to complain about perfect so far.”

“I bought the Hyundai HYC 6220 62cc Pro Chainsaw back in October 2018 to use whilst my other very well known brand was in for repair. Delivery was very quick, within 2 days from when i ordered from Genpower, so was impressed with that, A good start. I opened the box with entripidation, not knowing what to expect from a low price chainsaw. Oh how wrong am i on that score, straight out of the box it felt Robust and fit to handle anything, (Im a Professional Arborist, so my saws get used a lot). Its now April 2019, and now that the saw is properly bedded in, its a Joy to use, Its my Go To Mid Range Saw and for Small Tree Felling. It has a realy good Power to Weight advantage and has Loads of Power that doesnt take long to fully get going, I can use this All Day with no drop in reliability or power etc, I have even used this high up in a Tree with very surprising results.. As a result of this Very Good Chainsaw, i have recently bought their Garden Multi Tool, I havn't used that yet but have high hopes of its usefulness and reliability. Will do a review of that in a few months.”

“I purchased a HYMT5200 Hyundai HYMT5200 52cc Petrol Garden Multi Function Tool system from a a Genpower distributor and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to unpack it for nearly four months. When setting the equipment up I discovered that the starter cord unit casing was broken making the machine unusable. I am pretty sure this breakage was due to the shipping company. I wrote to the supplier and Genpower including a photograph and explained the problem I had. Genpower immediately got in touch and shipped a replacement part to me at no charge. I have since had several discussions with the service department and every time they have been extremely supportive and helpful. I cannot praise highly enough the quality and fast response I have received.”

“Really good deals used these over the last five years and can honestly say will keep using always had a good relationship even when machine has broke down under warranty. machinery is cheap and has three year warranty on it almost to good to be true.”
