“I received the products in a timely matter however the pants were not hemmed to the correct length. I feel the return system has a problem. I was unable to get with someone except thru email. The person made me feel like there was no way that they could commit an error. I took a picture and sent it to them and they said that was not enough. They finally sent me a return form to return the product. I pay if I was incorrect which is fine with me but why it took this long to reach this point I do not know. I have not heard back or have I received my pants back with the problem fixed.”

Hi Thomas, I apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had with our service. I understand your frustration, and I want to provide some clarity on the situation. When we received photos of your pants, the outseam measurement provided which is different from the inseam measurement needed. As a result, we had to request the return of your pants for a thorough review to ensure alteration accuracy. Upon receiving your pants on May 8th, our team promptly reviewed them within one business day. We discovered that the inseam was outside of tolerance by 1/4". To rectify this, we adjusted the inseam accordingly and shipped your pants back to you on May 9th. We strive to provide the best possible service and always aim to meet our customers' needs. “Very happy with the goods, but really upset for the lack in uncorrect showing of import duties to Italy. After closing the purchase I was contacted from costumers assistant service that told me they were wrong in charging the correct amount of costs related to shipping (more than doubled). It is very likely that knowing in advance the actual overall price I should not have concluded the purchase. Moreover, in this case something "nice" from you, considered as partial restoration of the troubles occurred, should have been the minimum level of costumers care kindness to apply. Apart from that, the operator (Joanna) of costumers care sarvice was very kind and professional.”

“Everything arrived perfectly. I started using all of my new gear immediately. Better than my beginning gear that I've had for a couple of years now. That being said, the shoes started to crack and split going towards the toe. Not happy about it but I do like the shoes as they provide more protection.”
