“Excellent service/customer support - Good initial service with regular updates on order/dispatch! Upon encountering issue with Gore-tex pants the easy returns system was let down by the courier ( Royal Mail lost them). Once the required wait for confirmation of loss had passed, Adam quickly sourced a suitable replacement! Will definitely use again!”

“Always Good - Getgeared have never failed to give me First-Class service, both on line and at the Leatherhead shop. This extends to their Returns policy:- I miscalculated the size of leather jacket I required, followed the very clear instructions and received the replacement almost at once. The new jacket must have been dispatched as soon as the 'wrong' one arrived back at the shop/depot. Very happy customer!”

I rang them to get a price ( which was well cheaper than anything I had found ) get geared ( Leeds ) said they had one in stock , I said I want it but can't get to Leeds for a couple of days , fine they said we will put it to one side ( no deposit was required) . “excellent but needs some attention - A brilliant service from the shop and on line. loses one star as the goods I ordered online were badly packed, the box they were in was damaged and open plus one of the bottles of liquid had a loose lid and had leaked a lot but the service in the Leeds shop is very good”

“Excellent, pleasure doing business with them! - I have bought some RST Raptor II boots, ordered on 24/02/2016 with free shipping. I was made aware that they were not immediately in stock, which is rare as most businesses just keep you waiting. I received a further email on the 26/02/2016 with a tracking reference saying they had been dispatched. No issues whatsoever with the boots. Included was a free returns label (albeit I could have to re-package the box) but so many places charge for this nowadays. Hassle free online shopping.”
