“Amazing customer service. Due to the pandemic restrictions I was unable to visit the store. Made multiple orders online and had to exchange for different sizes. The team were very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend and will return for future purchases. Suzy and Martin were amazing regarding the product knowledge and communication throughout. The love heart sweets were also a very kind gesture.”

“I never received it. The postal address was wrong and when I tried to change the address with the courier it got ignored and posted to the wrong address out side and got stolen. I tried to get it fixed and found through the courier you chose and have been ignored. Since got from else where that uses royal mail.”

Unfortunately once an order is shipped, it is not possible to change the address of a parcel if it has been entered incorrectly at the time of the order. “I went to 3! Bike shops today. GetGeard was by far the best. Not just with the gear but the customer service was outstanding. Gave me advice on anything I asked about gave me suggestions. Was all round great!”

“Buying bike gear is not easy as fit is way to go not brand/price/colour- so buying remotely seems odd but I have ordered multiple same things in di5sizes to try then return those that weren't right No issues as far as Get Geared concerned. There isn't anywhere locally with the range to try stuff. The riding Jean's are my second purchase from Get Geared. The other being a ventilated jacket last summer.”
