Phoned ahead of visiting, when I arrived Martin had a number of options out ready for me, two matched what I asked for and one slightly off the wall choice but all within the budget and good to be offered something a little bit different to what I thought wanted. “I don’t normally buy clothing on line, I prefer to try on first, but couldn’t find the jacket anywhere else, so after reading other reviews and GetGeared’s exchange policy, I deciced to take a chance and I couldn’t be happier. The jacket arrived much quicker than expected, with a hand written note on my invoice saying I’d been upgraded to next day and to “ride safe” (thanks Trish), a nice touch which made it seem like a more personal experience than just an internet transaction. The jacket is great and the quality I’d expect from RST. I wouldn’t think twice about using GetGeared again, and they will certainly be a go to website the next time I need something.”
