“I ordered a Merlin jacket in the only size available as it’s being discontinued, they even thought to pay the extra postage so it arrived in time for the weekend without me asking. The jacket was just what I wanted and perfect apart from being too large so it had to go back, which couldn’t have been easier, I even managed to discuss all the options with a real, actual, live really helpful person! “Went in to store at Leatherhead to look at back protectors. Great service by George. Very knowledgeable, and many jokes were shared making it a very enjoyable experience.
