“Brilliant service - I needed a part for my luggage in a hurry , it wasn't in stock but it was sorted very quickly. Excellent product excellent price excellent service, thank you. I was so impressed this 72 yr old rider did a round trip of over 200 miles on his bike to visit the Leeds store yesterday in search of a helmet . A lovely young lady ( I think her name was Stephanie ) was most helpful. Will be back !”

“Great buyers experience, had to return due to sizing and that went well too - I bought some Alpinestars Celer Goretex Gloves. The price, delivery and communication were all excellent from GetGeared. I think a company can only ever be truly judged when there's a problem. My gloves were too big and I had bought them for a European Tour. A replacement wouldn't have come in time and so I asked for a refund. Despite the issue GetGeared have been great. Thank you and I'll definitely order again from GetGeared.”

“Good overall - I chose GetGeared to purchase a pair of summer gloves because it appeared that they had them in stock. Rather surprised, therefore, to get the confirmation with the statement that they were, in fact, out of stock. Got no reply to my email querying this, but actually received the gloves a few days later. Returning to the website it seems that it is possible to select "only those items in stock", which I had not noticed before; my mistake, it would seem. So, overall, pretty good service, but a clearer website would be appreciated.”
