If you can make it in to the Leatherhead store, the team there are really helpful Especially if you are a complete novice like me, getting in to biking for the 1st time in my mid 30s!”

Competitive pricing, helpful information, prompt shipping and delivery each time. “Leeds store - I went to the store rather than online because I wanted to try on the ladies Jill jacket by Held. I was helped by a lovely helpful young man called Mathew. I found my jacket size and was surprised that the one that fitted was xl and I’m only a size 14, I wanted a different colour to what they had in stock, so Mathew ordered online for me and it arrived at my home a few days after. I absolutely love the jacket, it’s a good fit, looks stylish and it’s protective without being heavy and bulky. Overall a great experience and product.”
