“Great Customer Service - Had a mix up with the courier company but the staff at Get Geared were always helpful and did everything they could to ensure any issues were sorted straight away. Got our products eventually but no fault of anybody at GG so highly recommend buying off them.”

“Barry went above and beyond! - Rang needing an intercom urgently after failing with other Bike Shops - dealt with Barry who was superb, ordered at 2.50pm on the Friday, arrived with me at 8.30 on the Saturday - meant we were able to leave for our trip able to communicate with the GPS and each other. Thank you Barry you were great!”

“Very good customer service - I recently bought several items online and was happy to see return labels included. As it happens I didn't need to return anything but having been stung by other companies it was a nice touch. One of the items I ordered wasn't available, but the customer service team called me and were very helpful. My only small gripe is the stock checker not being accurate. Still waiting for gloves I ordered two weeks ago. All in all a very good company who I will buy from again.”

“excellent customer care - The biker jeans i ordered were delivered very quickly with free postage. Unfortunately the jeans were not quite my style and had to be returned. This was very easy with the pre paid return label supplied. My payment was refunded in just a few days. Excellent all round service and i will re purchase another pair of jeans when i make my mind up.”
