“Wonderful support from Linda at the beginning and then Billy who helped get everything finalised for my debt management plan. To say I'm relieved to finally be able to start living my life without the stress and worry of how I'm going to cover my bills is a huge understatement. Customer service was excellent, got through on the phone without having to wait, very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I'm so glad I took this step or I'd still be lying awake at night with anxiety. Thanks Billy!”

“Spoke to Darren who was really helpful with my Iva and also by advising me not to try and update my Facebook page while I'm driving. "You'll hit another pedestrian," he said. "It isn't the Starship Enterprise, there isn't a deflector beam." With Darren’s advice ringing in my ears I now lock my mobile in the car boot so I can happily fly at warp speed down the streets of Portaferry and I can keep both eyes right on the road. It's so much more interesting to take in all the frightened screams and honking when you've haven’t got Facebook distracting you. P.S. Darren - the horses have now accepted me as one of their own which is so nice thanks to your advice on the rhubarb. I have also grown to understand and respect their gentle ways. Thanks again. DD”

“Billy was very professional and kept me informed and updated throughout the process from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. He took a lot of stress of me at a time I needed it the most. I would 100% recommend Billy if you need help, my only regret is I didn’t contact him sooner! Thanks again Billy!”
