“Wow! For once I was treated with massive respect & spoken to with dignity, & not humiliated or looked apon as criminal,I spoke to an individual this morning 15/02/2024 and right away I was put at ease,the guy on the phone listened to me & didn't judge me or disrespect me I wasn't made to feel like a criminal,so thankyou B. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is debt,staff knows there work and can point you in the correct direction, they're there to help you, not to judge you.The thing I like about this company,they listen to you and dont tell you what to do and when you should do it ect. I got alot from this discussion and I'll receive a follow up call in a month, now that's loyalty for you. I can't thank Mr B enough your advice was so much appreciated thankyou so much ,Lee A”

“John has been very helpful in firstly putting me at ease with my anxiety about the debt with his friendly and upbeat manner and tone over the phone .. He went over and beyond explaining any query I had and reassuring me that CD Fairfield would be with me every step of the way .. The CD Fairfield team were a life-saver to me after a tumultuous personal period arising in mounting debts and they have provided a clear path forward with friendly advice and support..
