“I ordered an iPhone 7s plus on Thursday morning. It arrived Friday. It was perfect. I asked a few questions via web chat and was very happy with the efficiency and pleasant way I was served. “Updated from Iphone 7 to Iphone SE (2020). More than happy to say i’m very pleased with the purchase and service. I chose phone graded “good” but it is like new and works all just fine. There is only one minor scratch i had to look for. Next phone purchase will definately be from this supplier! Highly recommend!”

“Xmas gift ordered. Wouldn't charge was returned and replaced. Same phone now faulty with no speaker etc. Returned via their collection service, and no sign of phone. Having to contact them every time and standard / auto responses. Will not be using again. Would be no stars if option was there.”

“Ordered an IPhone 8. Great service, took a few days for delivery because it was Easter weekend. What I liked about ordering is you get to choose the condition of the phone (good, very good, nearly new). You can upgrade for a new battery pack and best of all its a 2 year warranty. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Second time purchasing from GetTech and would recommend, after a week of paying for two phones. I didn’t receive any communication however this was fixed with express delivery, after I messaged them. Also was offered aftercare on my phones if needed. Good customer service! Phones were in A+ standard and I chose covid condition, well packaged too. Will return for my daughter phone.”
