“I went on the chat with gettech and met a very helpful lady called Rachel. She explained the functions of various samsung phones that I was interested in. I finally decided on the Samsung S9 which I am very pleased with. I also bought an iPhone for my husband a few years back, there was a problem with it after about a year but thankfully it was replaced by gettech straight away. I couldn't fault the service received!”

“I was very pleased with the price of the phone I ordered for my son, we were waiting a little longer than the stated delivery time but this was completely expected as it was during the very busy time of Christmas but we were thrilled to receive our order”

“While I did order a phone I cancelled the order within a day not for any reason to do with Get Tech. The company issued a refund really quickly which I appreciated and did so without any fuss so I will definitely come back to them in the future.”

“Overall I am happy with my order. It arrived quickly, was well protected in its packaging and the screen was only slightly scratched. The case included was the wrong size and one of the scratches on the screen makes it look like a pixel is damaged. But other than this, the phone looks good as new.”
