“Quick delivery phone seems fine, note warranty void if the phone is damaged. Expensive to repair with get tech .”

Each pre-owned refurbished iPhone or Samsung has a 24 month in house warranty. iPads, AirPods and Apple Watches have a 12 month in house warranty. All batteries are covered separately for 6 months. Should your device go faulty within the warranty period the device will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model upon inspection. All warranty returns need to be accompanied with valid receipt or proof of purchase. The following will void the warranty on the device: Any physical damage to the device Any water/liquid/moisture damage If the device is opened or tampered with Please note that some repairs are more expensive depending on the newer phone models and type of repair. We do offer discounted repairs for returning customers. We will always do our best to accommodate. Thanks again and wishing you a lovely day. :) -Gettech Team

“Had a few issues with my order but they sorted it out had to wait 12 days for phone but they gave me a partial refund for inconvenience. Phone i ordered was the good condition one with not even a scratch. They respond to emails and answer phone very promptly.”

“We have ordered a number of iPhones from Gettech now over the last couple of years. Delivery has been very prompt, we are very happy with the condition of the phones and only once did we have a problem which was swiftly resolved for us. Great service and quality reconditioned phones.”
