“They are very efficient and they always kept on communicating with you up until your gadget is delivered , mine took long because the colour I chose was out of stock , but once rectified they quickly deliver it .”

“Phone arrived in good condition but took 28 days. If the product isn’t available you shouldn’t take payment. I used humm as a method of payment that is provided on the get tech website, so i was unable to secure a seamless refund. I was really disappointed with my experience and also found the lack of clarity in the communication about the timeline of my delivery frustrating. Although I have used get tech in the past I’m not sure I would use them again after this experience.”

“I have used this compny twice now as it gabe me a two year warranty with a second hand phone which was longer than anywhere else. Fortunately I didn’t need to use it. The phone looked brand new and was important as it was for xmas presents. Price was right too. Very happy.”

“I ordered an iPhone 8 for my son for his confirmation. I was kept upto date as the order progressed and I have previously used GetTech on 2 occasions with my eldest son. I will use GetTech again and also have recommended to colleagues at work. A greet service and have never had an issues”

“Phone works perfect and the 2 year warranty is brilliant for a refurb phone. Additional extras a nice touch including screen protector , charger , power bank etc . Couldn’t recommend highly enough”
