“Excellent! Got an iPhone 11 Pro max and it is like brand! Arrived within 3 days of ordering. GetTech also supplied me with a cover and screen protector… 10 out of 10 for service. Will 100% purchase again”

“I tried to puchase a phone but unfortunately due to covid issues it didn’t work out. In the future I will probably try again. The company tried to resolve it. But unfortunately I couldn’t wait as it was for a present. Customer service was very helpful”

“Ordered phone on Jan 2, my account was charged immediately. They emailed on Jan 6 that there was a delay, gave me no indication of how long it might be. Finally asked for a refund on Feb 2 and they told me it would take 5-10 days. When I complained it appeared in my PayPal the same day. No apologies. Really frustrating experience. Ended up buying from Swappie and it was painless.”

“Went online looking for an upgrade for my daughter. Within 3 days the phone was delivered. Phone was like practically new . No contract just buy the phone and also sim free. Excellent to deal with . Will use this service again.”

“I had an issue with slow delivery but Cal in customer service was so helpful and explained there was a problem processing the model of phone i wanted. the phone arived and i had ordered good condition but it seemed like new apart from the battery health (83%)i also did not receive the free cover and screen protector but i have emailed customer service and hopefully that is sorted soon. Overall i would order from gettech again because the phone is perfect and customer service is very easy to deal with.”
