“I ordered an iPhone 8 here and when it arrived it was slightly faulty and had to be returned. However this problem was resolved quickly and the customer service staff were very helpful. The return process was simple and the replacement phone was delivered very quickly. Overall I rate GetTech very well.”

Hi Eoghan, As you explained to our agent, the wifi signal disconnects when you move to a certain part of your home, and that this also happens to your friend who has a different device. This would point to the conclusion that the issue is related to your WiFi router, rather than our product. As you have since failed to respond to our calls and emails, we can only conclude that this issue has been resolved for you. “As a family, we have bought several iphones from get tech and they have never disappointed. My most recent purchase, iPhone 11, was from the ‘good’ category and it looks like new, not a single mark on it. Delivery within 2 days too, so cannot find a single fault with this company. Will continue to shop here for all my gadgets in the future”
