“I bought the iPhone 8+ for my wife’s birthday. Easy to order, delivered quickly, and was as described as new. Very happy wife. It came with a cheap an nasty free cover which I wish they hadn’t bothered with as I bought her an otter box as well. The free case is plastic waste no good for anything.”

Hi Nicola, We're very sorry that this happened. As explained in our messages prior to cancelling your order, an error occurred with our Pigsback listing whereby the wrong quanitity of items was available. We received your order on the 21st of October and immediately on receipt the same day we messaged you to explain, then cancelled the order with sincere apologies. We have since provided a different device to you which is due to be dispatched shortly. Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
