“I ordered an iPhone 7 and the phone I received was perfect, no issues at all. The only problem was the phone took nearly a month to deliver. Get tech said this was due to covid related supply shortages but it was still no ideal to wait so long. Overall I would recommend using GetTech”

“This was my 4th time ordering from get tech and delighted with my new iphone se. The only problem I encountered was a delay in delivery due to stock issues but once this issue was discovered a solution was provided immediately.”

“Recently purchased an iPhone from Get tech. I emailed a few queries I had and they answered them straight away. I ordered a like new phone and it was in excellent condition and did feel like new. I went with Get tech because they offered a 24 warranty on their phones as well as being an Irish company. So far no problems, would definitely recommend Get tech BK”

“Prices are amazing, the best iv seen around . Any problems with what you have bought they will get it sorted as soon as possible warranty is 2 years which is brilliant.”

“I ordered an iPhone 8 and it came quickly after I ordered it. The phone turned out to be faulty so I emailed them and they responded very quickly and I sent it back. I recently received the new replacement phone and it works perfect! Thanks gettech”

“I bought an iPhone X as a Christmas present for my son. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but I put this down to a very busy Christmas period; I did receive an email to let me know there was going to be a delay in the delivery time, which I did appreciate. My son is very happy with the iPhone; we got the 'Like new' option, with a brand new battery. It was my first time buying from Get Tech, I will definitely buy from them again in future and I would most definitely recommend to others.”

“I ordered two iPhones from gettech over the last 6 months. Both were in great condition, and seem to be working well so far. There was a delay in the second iphone, it took over 3 weeks for delivery, however that was over Xmas and covid was causing issues. The communication was good and it was explained what was causing the delay and when it would be resolved.”

“Good customer service, the girl that was helping me was really nice and understanding. The only flaw was the delivery. When I ordered it said that I will get my phone in 1-2 working days but I got in 3 weeks, no email to notify me about the delay or anything, I had to call in weekly for an update myself.”
