The customer care person, Peter Brown, is very friendly, professional and polite. He made me feel at ease and I felt that I can trust him.and the company. He helped communicate with airline to cancel my ticket that I booked by mistake and process a refund. I hope to receive the money back in a couple of days. Peter has excellent customer care skills and is full of good manners. I thank him for givibg me advise and support that I needed.

Great experience overall, needed to cancel a flight due to emergency travel reasons and Richard Neeson was an absolute star to help me get the best options and finally the whole refund process was simple too. 5 star service.

Jitty my travel consultant was very attentive and quickly sorted out a refund for the whole three payments and today we have successfully completed my transaction to go see my daughter in Hong Kong.

He offered to call me back to confirm receipt of the refund into my account and I have been given his contact details for any queries I have.

Called them to book a flight and Jitty was lovely and helped me to book, and then after I paid for my flight, called me again saying the price was increased and I could either get a refund or pay extra to keep the flight the same.

Richard remained in contact throughout suggesting alternative options and has taken it upon himself to try and secure a partial refund from the carrier due to the issues experienced.

I phoned you after I booked a flight and I need to cancelled the ticket and change the flight, I contacted you if I can get refund and re-book, but one of your staff didn't help me at all.
