“I purchased 3 cameras. The battery on cameras do not last even half an hour even after overnight charging. The mobile phone app is so tricky that it keeps popping up with big advertisement when you launch. I almost ended up paying someone for activation of cameras. The 'continue to app' link is so small when you launch the app that if you miss, you may pay someone you don't know.”

“It works well enough but there is no guidance about its use once it is set up. The various icons are not described. The app is made very annoying to use as advertisements appear constantly and are very hard to get rid if. This latter problem is a big minus for the device.”
“The directions need to be written in a more clear and concise manner. I charged the camera overnight, but it is still at red on the battery meter. The holder is a magnet, so it will need to be attached to metal. There is one piece of adhesive material, but once used it is not something you can easily move about in your home. If I can get this thing charged and to actually work, I will review the operation.

When I called customer service to inquire about the Phillips UHS-1-card. The customer service representative had the television up very loud in the background. I had to ask her to turn down the television so that we could continue our conversation, she hung up on me. I called back within minutes and spoke to another representative whom had dogs barking and alarm clocks going off. I had to inform both representatives how to conduct business while at home.
This is not how you run a business.”
“Terrible picture quality, took numerous attempts to connect it to my phone and certainly will not connect to the internet for remote viewing. Camtrix charge about four times what you can buy it for on Amazon. Charge only lasts a few minutes.
It is a complete waste of time and money. AVOID”
