I just want to say I believe his name Zachary what a beautiful human being and a nice gentleman I've had trouble with the insurance that I got back in February they're giving me 5 months to get an appointment and I have a hernia and I'm an extreme pain and I couldn't get a doctor for 4 months it's the worst service I ever had and this fine young gentleman set me up with a policy this insurance company wanted to charge me $350 and he's going to show it where it'll be only $100 he's saved me the deductibles and has helped me so well he was very professional very polite very knowledgeable a good listener and he made life a whole lot better for me I've been struggling since February when I got here with a hernia in pain and I've received the worst service and I couldn't even see my doctor for another month and I signed up back in February I've had the worst service I've ever received in my entire life but this young man has got me a policy and it should come to me with a new card and the person that's going to be doing the surgery is part of your system which works out and he's getting me a new doctor as well because my doctor literally gives me an appointment 5 months out which is ridiculous I still would have to wait another month to get an appointment it was the worst service I've ever received and United healthcare is really kind of trying to rip me off and this young man has helped me with a really good policy and I couldn't be happier you're blessed to have such a fine gentleman working in your facility he would make a great trainer if I was still in business I'd try to steal him for you you just don't find quality people like this too often and I really appreciate it I just want to say five stars across the board and I'm so glad that I got to talk to this young man and he's done everything he can to make life better for me you guys are awesome five stars all the way across the board thanks again and have a good day and God bless and thanks for all the good help
