It may be too early for an opinion. I started 3 nights ago with 10 drops of Nice Dreams.2nd night 15
and last night 20. I slept well and deeply. No dreams. However, even after 8 hrs I was still sleepy and sluggish. After breakfast, I decided to take 20 drops of Good Vibes. In the hope that would clear my head.
It is now 11:25 am CA time and I do feel better but still not entirely clear.
I try 15 drops again tonight and see what happens. Any suggestions? I'm listening...
