“After having a good look around for a replacement bed we decided to visit get laid bed after seeing their range online. We wanted to make sure the "made from solid wood" claim was true and that they were solid. They are solid and made from real wood so we ordered one! Glad we did, happy with our purchase i needed to talk to technical support and they helped, so good around. I found the assembly drawing a bit confusing and missing detail but i understand there are plans to change these very soon. Thanks Get Laid Beds.”

“Excellent product but you need to mention in fitting instructions that the washers also go on the screws and not rely on a picture which can't be seen without glasses,”

“So pleased with my sons new bed! This process has been seamless- so helpful on the phone when I had a query about what space saver meant. The two guys who delivered it and built it were great and we’re so pleased. Now saving up so we can get ourselves on!!! I never leave reviews good or bad but really wanted to express how great this company is!! Thanks!!”

“Well I have been making flat pack furniture since the 80’s and this is the worse. Instructions were a over copied 2 sheets that were barely readable. The super king was supposed to have an extra support but a too short piece came with no instructions how to fit. The screws to secure I just could not screw home despite a power screwdriver. For the price some 575 pounds I am not impressed but I’m using the bed now. I hope I don’t fall through the slats!!”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your honest review. We are sorry you had issues assembling this bed. Its simple design should not have caused you these issues. Its disappointing to see this has happened. The instructions are all printed fresh from PDF, not photocopied over and over. We do use 100% recycled paper. This recycled paper can cause the ink to appear grey rather than black. We are sorry that this has caused any frustrations with you not being able to see the required part regarding the central rail clearly enough. We can forward you the PDF version if you require. There is no communication from you in regards to any issues you have had with the frame at the time of replying to this review. If you are unhappy with your order or have issues regarding the components please do contact customer services directly by phone or email and they will be able to help you resolve this. “The product is sturdy and looks nice. Construction is a bit unsophisticated. Enough screws will make anything stay up. No nifty knock down fittings here. You will need a drill and driver bit to assemble. It suits our needs but seems pretty overpriced for what it is.”

“There was a unforeseen problem on the day of the delivery. However, the transport Manager and his colleagues personally brought my bed to me. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. The bed is beautiful and very comfortable. It looks great and feels great. Highly recommend”

“Good product very pleased with the bed. Delivery was ok, attitude of men a bit too sharp. We had paid for the bed to be assembled but it wasn't on their ticket so confirmed with head office it was and they were a bit begrudging even though it only took them 7 minutes to assemble. Fine when they left.”

“We ordered a king size Oxford bed, it arrived promptly and was easy to put together with my 7 year old. When I opened a box the aroma of real wood hit me and it was clear that the materials were solid and gave me confidence that it will last well.”
