Our Low Four Poster bed in white is absolutely beautiful ! The quality of the bed is amazing and it looks great in our bedroom. The team who delivered it were very friendly, respectful of our new home and did an amazing job at assembling it for us. Thank you Get Laid Beds!

I ordered the bed with assembly and this meant it took a few weeks to find a delivery date. On the day I was kept up to date with arrival times and the staff were really friendly and quick putting the bed together. The bed seems to be really nice quality and looks amazing in my loft bedroom 🙂

Cy and Jay made my delivery and installation a dream - they communicated en route , arrived when they said they would , were efficient and so helpful . The bed is beautiful quality - Low Tokyo in walnut - I am so happy with how it looks. . The Customer Service person I talked to on the phone was also so helpful and the whole process has been incredibly professional, slick and painless . I couldn’t be happier . A huge thankyou .

The bed was delivered on time and was easily assembled. Step son was the first to sleep on it and said it was very comfortable. It looks smart and the quality is very good. May well purchase again! Thank you

I paid over £600 for a maple single bed. I read that their beds are 100% wood that you choose. I even rang up to confirm prior to ordering the bed. The frame is maple but the bed slats are pine.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry for any confusion caused. All beds will be made with Pine slats and internal support unless customised by the customer. I have listened to the call you made and you only asked if the beds are made with veneer, which that are not they are all wood no MDF or composite woods. The customer service advisor confirmed that our beds are not made with veneer but with real wood. Once again please accept our apologies for any confusion caused. The order process was very simple and I booked in for delivery on 13th April. I got the 8.37 to 10.37 slot and the delivery van (Panther Logistics) turned up within the slot, albeit towards the end. Not an issue. However, that's when the problems started. After putting two packages in the required bedroom, the two lads brought the mattress in. After much sucking of air through teeth, they declared that they weren't allowed to bend the mattress and therefore couldn't take it upstairs. I protested that we already had two super king beds upstairs and they were no trouble. The lads stood their ground and refused. They even phoned the office and put me on the line. The voice at the other end confirmed that they had a legal (I think) agreement with Just Laid that they weren't allowed to bend any mattress. These two didn't even attempt to get it up the stairs before giving up. My only options were to do it myself or they could take the whole lot back. I chose to keep it as I needed thebed for weekend guests. Minutes after they had left, I then discovered that we only had 3 of the 4 packages that were supposed to have been delivered. I called the lads and the reply was that, yes they knew there were only 3 packages and it wasn't their fault. It didn't occur to them to tell me that before leaving. I then called both Get Laid Beds and Panther, both saying that I would hear within 24 hours about a redelivery. It's now Sunday 16th April and I've heard nothing. I have half a bed and my weekend guests had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. No idea where the rest of the bed is or whether the rest of it is in the box that's missing. 2 stars for the order process and timely arrival of the courier. No stars for the rest of the process. Don't know if the product is any good because I still haven't got it all.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry that our chosen delivery company was unable to successfully deliver your mattress to the room and then upon closer inspection failed to deliver all the parts they collected from us. This is certainly not the service we expect for our customers. The delivery team are instructed not to overly bed the mattresses and are advised that if they are likely to cause damage to a customers property not to proceed. This is true for all couriers. However this is at the discretion of the delivery team on the day. We are sorry this does not meet your expectations for the delivery. We had been advised that the courier would contact you directly to arrange re delivery of the missing parts as this is the contract we have with them. However it is in our best interest to also follow up on this and I am sorry the advisor involved did not follow standard procedure. Please be assured they have been managed accordingly. The outstanding items have been deemed as "missing" by the courier. We have been in contact with yourself to make arrangements for the required parts to be remade for you and sent out as soon a possible. These will be dispatched with a different courier. We are very sorry for the frustrations and disappointment caused by our services. We do hope that once you have received your replacement parts you will be able to enjoy your bed for many years to come. Once again please accept our apologies for the issues you have experienced. The bed frame was delivered, assembled and fits like a glove into the space, as ordered! There is plenty of storage underneath as i got a 43 cm high frame. Highly recommend. The chaps who assembled it were top knotch and effecient. Couldn't be happier with my Get Laid Bed Frame.

Poor service and product. Assembled and left for me to discover damage. 45 partial refund offered or alternatives section to the bed or a return. Bare in mind we have a mattress delivered tomorrow and need use of the bed for my disabled child from tomorrow. So I’ve had no alternative other than to accept the partial refund of 45 pounds.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your frame and our service. The images you have sent into customer service do show minor imperfections in the finish of the bed. We are very sorry that these were not picked up before or during assembly. Within 1 hour of your phone call and corresponding email we offered to either: 1, Replace the parts. In the meantime the bed would be fully usable until the team could return with replacement parts and re assemble it for you. 2, A partial refund to keep the frame as it is. Or 3, To collect the bed for a full refund. You accepted the partial refund. We are sorry you are not happy with your chosen outcome.
