“Starting with the website, right through to delivery of the bed, Get Laid Beds is a company that seems to really care about quality, presentation and service. Once I'd chosen the bed (Kensington double), the ordering and payment process were simple and straightforward, including a handy three instalment payment plan. The beds are hand made, and so take about 10-14 days to arrive. A few days before delivery (the date of which you can choose) I had confirmation that the bed had been completed and was due for delivery soon. The day before date it arrived I received a reminder notice, and then a more specific delivery window was provided for the following day. The drivers Peter and Jay arrived promptly within the delivery window and were very polite and friendly. They placed the bed components in the bedroom, and gave me advice on how to complete the assembly. I ordered the 'white glove' service for a semi-finished bed, so the head board and foot board had been pre-assembled, and I did the rest. The assembly was not complicated, although I would recommend the use of an electric screwdriver as some of the screws are long and can be rather stiff and laborious to do manually. I'm very happy with the finished product... and as you'll see from the photo, Big Ted loves it! 🧸 Altogether a company I'd highly recommend.”

“The whole process of getting the bed is smooth from start to finish: the phone staff when ordering were very helpful and efficient, we were kept up to date on progress with the construction and delivery was prompt and on time. The delivery staff were polite and helpful and built the bed in no time. The bed is solid and great quality we are delighted with our order.”

“My bed was split in three and sent to three different depots. One section was delivered on time. The other two were not, meaning I had no bed to sleep on for 3 nights. I had to liaise with both the delivery company and Get Laid Beds who both blamed each other for the reasons why I couldn't get the second and third sections delivered faster. I was given a measly £25 refund on an over £2k order for the disruption [2 days off work to take delivery, delivery 3 days late and a heavily disrupted weekend with no where for family to sleep]. Won't be recommending this company.”

“bed delivered and set up on time.good communication on the days before and on the day.bed set up .sold and comfortable. marked down as large chip on bed at footend ,top of lower plank.approx 3mm by 50mm.did ont spot at time of signing off.luckiily i had some food filler and touch up pen that matched the colour of the bed.”

“I cannot rate these guys enough. From order to arrival and assembly of our new bed the experience has been first class. The friendly staff answered all my questions and we were kept up to date on the making and delivery of the bed on a regular basis. The delivery guys (and girls) were excellent and very friendly and arrived well within the estimated time of arrival. Overall I cannot rates these guys high enough. Oh yes the the beds pretty classy also😊 Thanks you”

“I highly recommend Get Laid Beds. My Floating Bed is a clever design for tight spots. It is a beautifully made bed of solid wood with a lovely grain in a warm colour (I chose Cinnamon Satin Stain). I was also impressed by the delivery and white glove assembly. I received my 2 hour window the night before and was updated as the delivery neared. The driver arrived spot on time. The two delivery men delivered the bed and mattress up two stories of narrow Victorian stairs and assembled quickly and with care.”

“Good professional company to deal with. Unlike many other companies, it was only two weeks from ordering to delivery. The assembly service was really good, the bed was built in ten minutes. Would definitely recommend them.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You ordered on the 3rd of March for delivery on the 15th. We are very sorry you experienced delivery damage to your order on the 15th. Its very frustrating when this happens as we rely heavily on our 3rd party couriers to handle your order with as much care a possible. From the photos provided we could see that the scuff marks and slight splinter of wood were all on internal parts that would never been seen and would be further marked with screw holes during assembly. There would have been no structural issues. The bed would still be able to be assembled and used securely. For the inconvenience caused we offered a partial refund that reflected the damage caused or we could replace the parts. You opted for replacement parts. In order for us to be able to provide the exact parts required you were asked to mark a diagram to show the damaged parts. The suggested parts were contradictory to what you had previously given in photos. To ensure we got it right for you we needed to see the additional damage that was now being reported differently. You asked that if you were to provide additional images that evening how soon would we be able to remake new parts and deliver. We gave you the earliest date which was 6 working days later from that date. As all of our beds are made to order this would have been the earliest we could raise, produce and dispatch the parts for that bed design as a priority. You have since declined the replacements and we have now made arrangements to collect the frame for a full refund. Once it has been returned your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment used. Once again please accept our apologies for the damage caused to your order.
