“We had been looking for the right bed for a while and we were so pleased when we came across Get Laid Beds. We love the fact it is made in the UK. Compared with most bed companies, the service is much swifter and it was great not having to wait months for our delivery (despite the current Covid situation). Our bed is solid and extremely well made, we really love the design too. It's beautifully made and is very good value especially when you consider the workmanship that has gone in to producing it. It was pretty straight forward to put together, we had it done in one morning. It's no coincidence that we had a brilliant sleep that first night. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends. Thank you 🙂.”

“I absolutely love that I could buy a large single bed. I have been trying to find one for ages it’s the perfect fit for my bedroom. The frame is very well made and the quality of workmanship is excellent. And to top it all the memory foam mattress makes it all the more perfect to have a good nights sleep!”

“I’m really pleased that we bought a bed from Get Laid Beds. The customer service team were great at answering my questions and sending colour samples out. The bed arrived well packaged and had some great finishing touches like the logo printed on the slats and a canvas draw string back with all the screws inside. The bed was easy to put together, the wood is a really good quality and the grey wash finish is lovely. Great value beds made in the UK. I cannot recommend this company enough.”

“Customer service, delivery and returns all excellent. The craftsmanship of the London Bed is amazing. Really happy with our purchase and correspondence with the get laid beds team was great. Delivery was easy, assembly was made easier as head board and footboard already made. Quality of the wood is lovely. I hope to enjoy my bed for many years. Thank you get laid beds !”

“Great customer service from start to finish. We had a custom made bed as our sons room is tiny and the radiator prevents a standard size bed fitting. We gave the dimensions of the space and the bed fit perfectly. Very strong and sturdy, this bed will last us years!”

“I've always done Ikea or those alike. This time I have decided to up the budget by a bit and buy something that will last longer than a year... Even though I did opt for the more budget friendly version, this bed not only looks gorgeous, but actually doesn't squeak. At all. And the assembly literally took 5 minutes... And the wood smells really nice :)”

“The quality of the bed really is impeccable. Very solid, clearly great craftsmanship, and the customer service was incredibly helpful when I wanted a late addition of underbed storage and they were able to arrange delivery at the same time as my bed. They were also very helpful when the wrong instructions were included and sent me the correct ones whilst I was still on the phone with them.”

“Solid hard wood four poster bed is beautiful. My daughter loves her new bed and it fits in with the style of her bedroom brilliantly. Building the bed was simple with everything fitting perfectly. The only issue I had was that the curtains were too long so they had to be taken up by about 30cm”

“First thing to say is we really like this bed. We found the company through internet search for wooden beds and were immediately drawn to the 100% solid wood advert. We also needed the right size headboard to fit with where we wanted the bed and the range on the website was very impressive. In the end we ordered the London oak super king and as others have found having it arrive in bits made moving everything to the right place a doddle. Headboard assembly was interesting and definitely made easier by the use of a wooden mallet with suitable protection for the bed material itself (I used another piece of wood). Oak is obviously more difficult to screw into than soft wood and I used a smaller diameter drill for the oak bits of screwing to make it easier. The only tricky bits of screwing were securing the side rails to the headboard and footboard. Power tools definitely help. Bed goes beautifully with the room. A good buy and exactly as advertised.”

“So a friend from work suggested GetLaidBeds as soon as I told her we were moving into our forever home. I hold friends suggestion in high regards however I do do a lot of my own research too and gosh I was not disappointed! The finish of the bed that was made for our custom order is so beautiful! Every detail has been thought out by the company so you don’t have to over fill your room with storage clutter. I treat my bedroom as a haven, especially my bed, so the floating bedside tables are a perfect extra for keeping that bedside clutter minimal & just for essentials (book, diffuser, water bottle). Ideal for the best head space before sleep and in the morning before starting the day. My partner is so chuffed with the bed too, and our doggo (who sleeps on it more than us). Every night since we have had it has been a peaceful dream. Thank you. Service from the company was outstanding, on our original day of delivery the van broke down however they were instant in to get the bed delivered as soon as possible, which was within two days. Due to covid the couldn’t assemble however place all piece within the front door so it was easy for us to move to the bedroom.”

“Excellent customer service and on time, easy to assemble bed. GLB came recommended from a friend and I can see why. I found the number of bed styles and customisations and colours somewhat over whelming so was really grateful to Lindsey in customer service who helped me after I’d shortlisted and explained my brief, and received some samples in the mail I’d requested online. My brief was a simple bed frame that worked well with vaulted ceilings; offered some under bed storage preferred and a bed head to enable me enjoy reading in bed. In the end i went for a customisable Low Oriental with extra clearance and an extra slat on the headboard and it’s perfect. It really complements my simba mattress and the honey colour timber frame matches almost perfectly with some weathered / sun kissed IKEA basic £6 stools I made into bedside tables! Thanks!”

“Very pleased with bed frame: well made and delivered when promised. Like a couple of other reviewers, I found assembling the headboard tricky. It would have been really useful to have something in the instructions about positioning the headboard planks on the uprights. I ended up fixing mine about 5cm too low, so that the 30mm screws didn't hold and I had to replace them with a couple of the 35mm ones. I don't mind: it's nice and sturdy and doesn't make much difference to leaning-back-&-reading-in-bed height, but ... it took me ages. Many tea breaks. Another tip for the non-DIY-savvy elderly person like myself: provide yourself with a mallet covered by a soft cloth to wallop the side pieces & uprights together: they didn't exactly slide smoothly in. Ah, well, it'll be useful experience for next time ... no, there won't be a next time. Nice bed, did I say?”

“We ordered a bed for a our 10 year old, her first proper big girls bed, and the whole process was simple and painless. After the order I had questions and the very helpful staff responded quickly with their answers. When the bed arrived, on the day they said it would, I was expecting it to take ages to assemble but it was painless and done in less time than it takes to whip up a good meal. Would I recommend Get Laid Beds? Totally. And when it’s my turn to get a new bed I’ll be coming back!!”
