“Superb products and superb customer service”

“I needed a new bed, having returned from hospital and been lent a hospital bed. and my son had just bought one from you. with which he was very pleased. The bed I have bought is excellent am I am very happy with it. It is extremely well made and strong, It looks very smart and was not difficult to construct, although of course I did not construct it. If I had a smart phone I would send a photo of it.”

“Bed arrived yesterday, as I’m in N Ireland I had to assemble myself. Straightforward to build and the instructions were easy to follow, took around an hour, and the bed is beautiful! Had the best nights sleep ever!”

“As a company you should pay for better insurance so your vans can be left more than 400 yards from the property you’re delivering to. I had parking permits for your van and there was a street literally 30 seconds away where it could have been parked but your policy insists on it being parked in eye view of the property. So I had to take time off work and build the bed myself after ordering white glove service and this was after a long lead time delivery.”

I can see that the Logistics Manager has spoken with the delivery team directly regarding this and will be managing the individuals accordingly and reviewing any changes to make where possible. We are sorry that they did not assemble on the day. I can see that we offered to attend on a different day but this was not suitable for yourself and you have opted for the assembly refund and to assemble it yourself. “The delivery was so easy and so smooth. The bed itself was really easy to make, we went for the White Glove part assembled. The bed is beautiful, and an amazing quality. Would absolutely recommend anything and everything from this company.”

“Customer service was great in terms of enquiring before purchase. The bed was relatively ok to assemble although if the option to have someone do it, was available, I would recommend you go for it. The quality is great and we are v happy with the bed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Incredible quality and looks beautiful! The instruction manual could use a bit of proofreading though. Had to redo a handful of screws because the instructions said to use the black (round-headed) screws instead of the flat silver ones”
