“I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus for Windows - For Five Systems (Digital Download) in July. I used only 3 and then couldn't use the remaining 2. It says the key is not valid. Just wondering why. The ones I installed are working perfectly well.”

“Easy ordering, easy payment through Amazon Pay. Paid for USB version so I can always reinstall without Microsoft obsoleting downloadable version, so it came by mail. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5; took 10 days after payment confirmation for email that order had been processed, and there was no estimate of delivery date included (going from England to U.S. west coast). Showed up 5 days later. Would have liked more detail on order progress.”

“Great product, great price and very fast response! I’m 73 and had no trouble installing it, even though I’m not very IT savvy. Very grateful, it works perfectly, thank you! The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the very slow chat response to a query I had about uninstalling old Microsoft bits, which made this process longer than I had hoped. But I got there in the end! 🤗”

“I recently needed to upgrade an older version Office Professional and decided on office Pro 21. Shopped around and was at first a bit nervous about buying getrenewed tech stuff (I deferred for 10 days) but after careful consideration decided to get it done... I am delighted with the outcome; the instructions were explicit and comprehensive and worked first time after copy and paste activation code into the download. I will buy another now for my Apple laptop the bargain basement price.”
