“Needed to update my MS office and looked across the market. I was a bit apprehensive because of the great price getrenewedtech offered so spent 10 days thinking about it. Finally I went for it and I am delighted with both the product MS Office Pro21 and the seamless interface from downloading to activation. Worked first time and the instructions are so comprehensive and straightforward… 11/10 Paid via Amazon pay”

“Clear process and instructions to select, pay and download software, on the site and by email. Help was available when I asked for it. (It takes a while to download so don’t ask too soon). Once downloaded it works well. Very good service.”

“Took a while to download but that was internet problems my end, but as soon as it downloaded I followed the clear instructions & it was up & ready for me to use straight away, Im a young pensioner & I found it an easy process, I'm over the moon with my Office package & what a fab price, will recommend to anyone, Thank you so much, very happy lady”

“I was initially a little suspicious of the universally positive reviews but I can confirm they are justified. I have now bought two Office 2021 downloads both of which installed and worked without any problem. My only slight gripe is that 'Chat' is not always manned and that fact is not apparent.”

“I was extremely happy with the experience and customer service. I would definitely use RenewedTech in the future. 👍 I just would suggest customer chat hours be posted on your site, i.e. hours that agents will be available for realtime response for questions. Just food for thought.”

“There really isn’t a catch! – this is a genuine Microsoft approved supplier who also provide the on-line support if there are any problems during the install (which I did use). I am delighted with my purchase of Office 2021 Professional Plus, and have already referred two of my friends who also feel the same about their subsequent purchases. I highly recommend GetRenewedTech and their Software Support Team.”

“If there had been 0 available as rating I would have providing the rating. I am starting to think that all the good reviews about this company are fake. I have not received the product and nobody is available from Customer Services. Even the chat is fake as nobody is available to reply to messages. Beware of this company.”

“They took my money and never gave me the product key for office. Their office download sites don't work. They don't respond to their online chat. They don't even have a contact us at the bottom of their website. I checked the reviews first they must have reviewed themselves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!”
