“I purchased MS Office. Downloaded, got the license key, and all works fine. Nice easy process, thank you! (One thing to note though is that my bank, Metro Bank, is shafting businesses like GetRenewedTech - they wouldn't let me pay them with my Debit card because of a security conflict, so I had to use another bank. Shame on Metro Bank.)”

“Although renewed tech were recommended by a friend, unfortunately I have been unable to download the Office suite package I paid for a week ago. I have phoned them on 5 occasions (including today 4/1/23) and their number diverts to a Vodafone voicemail which they appear not to respond to! I emailed them via their website a week ago and they have failed to contact me. Very disappointed as this should be easy to sort out.”

“I was somewhat sceptical, I must admit, but having read all the reviews and done a bit of extra homework, I finally decided to give GetRenewedTech a try, and (so far after 1 month) is working absolutely perfectly. I would definitely use this again, and will be recommending it.”
