I ordered a personalised item for Xmas I queried why it had not arrived and they replied they Didn’t send my order through to the warehouse just said sorry we will give you a full refund. Was not happy as this present was for my grandson

Ordered a Photo Upload Framed Print - I Love You. Looks cheap. Poor quality and not even glass! It has a plastic front. The back of the frame looks dirty and the attachments that hold the frame together look almost mouldy. I bought this as an anniversary present for my partner but I'm almost too embarrassed to give it to him. The frame is ridiculously big and thick. The paper that the photo and words are printed on is cheap paper. I could have printed this at home and bought a nice quality frame for far less. Not impressed at all.

Bought a personalised “etched” stellar glass for my dad it arrived today, I PAID £18 for it and was cheap and tacky, “etched”? It’s stuck on by a sticker. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Waste of money can’t believe I will have to give this as a Christmas gift absolutely disgusting how they can trick you into paying for it to come looking how it does!

I will never order from this website again!!! When order the item I didn’t even get the chance to fill in my address, they automatically took an old one from PayPal which wasn’t even my primary one. I had to bully the sales team to send me my item to the correct address because they service were outrageous!!!! All the negative reviews are real, do not order from them!!!

If I could give this company a minus rating I would!! Ordered a relatively simple photo collage in a frame, paid £7 for "guaranteed next day" delivery as needed the gift today, tracked it this morning and it's still in production as it missed the courier! As a "gesture of goodwill" they offered to refund the shipping cost which was quite frankly insulting given the importance of the gift. Avoid this company like the plague! There are plenty other better organised online companies and do not be fooled by the deceptively well branded website!

What went wrong, r u joking, u should be named ill fckc u personally, if u don’t know u better give up business, when u order for personal items, u expect a good expectation or a good experience, never give ur custom away, ur company couldn’t wait to give a refund, WHY, ask yourself this, mmmmm, I’ll tell u,?? Never hide from a mistake, everybody is human, it does happen, a customer will b more appreciated with the truth, TRY IT, As for ur online chat, HA HA, It’s easy to not press a button till it times out, just like ur staff does, TO THE DIRECTOR OF THIS PERSONAL COMPANY, Try on the sly to order something just t c what happens, I Advise customers to try another personal company, one that cares.

Don't buy from them. I bought a personalised bottle of Vintage bottle of Red wine with a newspaper of my husbands birthday for £64.99. The present seemed perfect for my husband birthday. We it came the bottle of wine was a £9.99 bottle of Red wine, nothing special. When I queried the wine I was told that they are in between suppliers and that was the only bottle of wine they could send me. That is fraudulent, they lied about the present they advertised and are still advertising it for £64.99. Ruined my husband birthday as I didn't have a present for him. Just awful.

Very disappointed. Wanted a small keepsake to accompany money for an Engagement present. Advertised as slate tile I just assumed it would be slightly bigger than the tea coaster I received also the gift box I paid extra for is way too big for the very small present. Looks like I will have to go shopping after all.

Tried to edit personlisation 8 minutes after confirmation but no one there on Sunday went into production phoned Monday not interested in resolving - this was for soft toy wearing personalised to shirt did even offer to correct at cost never use them again😢

Dreadful customer service. They did not get the order right or send the items in the promised time interval. Impossible to get hold of to rectify the problem and sent back a series of automated messages. eventually replaced the items with the wrong ones again and when complained and asked for a refund asked us to go through the hassle of taking the items back to the post office with a note etc. If you want personalised gifts and the convenience of getting them delivered to your home this is NOT the company to use. Will simply case more stress

Do not use this company. They will over charge you for freight, not complete and dispatch your order and only offer a partial refund when your stuff doesn't come

I tried to amend the delivery address within 5 mins of placing the order as paypal automatically entered mine and this was for a gift to be sent elsewhere. I was within the 30 mins they allow for amendments - this was at 9pm so i couldnt call. Their system wouldnt allow me to submit the change - i attempted 3 times but it would not work. I then emailed AND logged this visa their website. The next day they told me it has been sent to the first address as i hadnt amended it in time! Taking no responsibility for their website not allowing me /not working for me to amend. Since fighting my case i have seen this has happened many times to people. Quite possibly the worse and most unprofessional customer service i have dealt with. Unwilling to help and uncaring. They still have my money and i am still waiting for my order. its been WEEKS

Quite possibly the worse and most unprofessional customer service i have dealt with. Money taken and no product received. Each time i spoke to customer services it was a different person. The last response i received from them was "We are unable to fix this now and we are going around in circles" They still have my money and i still haven't received the order.

I have to say I am deeply disappointed with the company and would strongly urge people to look elsewhere before using this company. I will certainly not be using them again. I purchased personalised glass champagne flutes for my wife as an anniversary gift. Once I had completed the purchase, I realised I had put in error one wrong number. I received a confirmation email of the order at 19:00. On reading the email I realised my error. The email stated if there were any amendments required then I should follow the link to let them know of the amendments. This was done at 19:05. I didn't receive any response until 11:00 the follow day. I was told that because they did not receive my email within the 30 minutes that they had completed the order and the order could not be amended. I have had several exchanges with this company how they have cot complied with their own terms and conditions of business notably 10.1 and 10.2. The company have palmed me off with excuses that does not correlate with their terms and business and offered me token gestures to alleviate my complaint. The company have pretty much ignored my arguments and refused to refund/replace or even allow me to return the product. Completely dissatisfied with this company and will never be used again. Anyone who asks about this company whether that be friends/family or just generally I will be strongly advocating that they avoid this company at all costs.

Tried to amend a delivery address within the 39 min timeframe. Did it online & emailed as well. They denied my online request & sent it to the incorrect address. My sister's 60th birthday gift us now late & cost another £15 to send to correct address. Various emails were sent to which they simply denied my original online request. Very disappointed won't be using them again. Also poorly packaged considering it was champagne- they didn't ensure bottle was secure as big gap. Poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Avoid if you stay in Scotland! Tried to charge £10 extra in addition to the standard charge. Said they had emailed to let me know but they certainly didn’t. Anniversary present ruined.

terrible. Has used them twice.The second time I was not able to alter the delivery address (despite the instructions saying you are given this option at checkout - no I wasn't!). So my wedding anniversary card for my friends was sent to my 11-year-old niece. Will not use this site again - with so many online card companies to use why would you choose this one?

1. My daughter (Francesca) who lives in Los Angeles, paid you to send me a greetings card on Fathers Day, 16th June. 2. It eventually arrived at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 18th June. 3. It was miss-spelled to "Dadfy".
