“I chose a transfer during rush hour, and of course I didn't take into account that the roads could be congested. As a result, I almost missed my flight, but the driver did his best to speed things up. Sometimes even with good service you can't always avoid traffic jams, but with this approach you can be sure that they will do everything they can to help.”

“Booked a transfer from the hotel to the airport, but because of the long delay at the reception desk, I missed my transfer. At first I was worried that I wouldn't make the flight, but after a few minutes the customer service helped me to quickly rebook my trip. Even though I had to wait a bit, in the end I made it on time and didn't miss my flight. The main thing is to report the delay on time and everything is solved.”
