I am a transport company to who Gettransfer is owing money, over 1500€ since november 2022. They charge the drivers an average commission of 26% not regarding tolls, diesel, or any other ride expenses. Plus, they charge more 35% to the passengers. If something goes wrong, they don't refund the passengers like they don't pay the drivers. This is a huge fraud.

I have booked a ride in Manila, Philippines. First of all it is useless, you can get cheaper price in airport directly. Second if your flight delayed due to the weather (force major), and it happens often in this region, you would not get refund.

We ordered a car 3 weeks ago and they sent us today (the day it was booked) that they will need us to pay more because the driver cancelled. Which is not our fault at all, but instead of compensating us we were asked to pay more?! I also asked then for the receipt of the refund so i can track it but they are not replying at all. Absolutely terrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Thieves. They don't pay drivers (i'm one of them) - so be prepared you'll be left alone at the airport, just like a small revenge. And you'll get no refund. I'm very surprised they are functioning for several years already and not arested. Somebody please stop them! I wish them burn in hell.

I emailed them and after 24hrs got a response that looks a text-book template response, stating apologies and they had instigated a refund.

On the same day, I emailed the company describing my situation and after a couple days (with me sending reminders) I finally received a response saying that I will be refunded the money within 30 days guaranteed, depending on my bank.

It has THREE TIMES abandoned me leaving me with no ride and offered nothing other than an opportunity to pay more than DOUBLE the original cost or get a refund and go figure out a way for me to solve the problems without any help from them what-so-ever.
