Sun Pyramid Tours guide was awesome! However Get Your Guide has been very shady with the selling of this tour!!!! The Sound and Light show at the pyramids is not every night!!! So be ware and they wouldn’t compensate me !!!

When we got to the Eiffel Tower, the elevator to the summit was broken so we could only get to the second floor. Our guide said we would automatically get a refund for the difference in cost between the summit access tour and the second floor access tour. The difference in cost was about 15€ per person. There were 6 of us in the group. When no refund arrived, I e-mailed and requested it. They refunded 10€ per person, so I requested that they refund 15€, which was the difference in cost between the tours. They refused and sent me the cancellation policy, as if we had cancelled going to the summit! Despite numerous e-mails, they refuse to refund the amount we are owed, which means they have taken 5€ per person as a cut from our refund. I advise to book directly with the Eiffel Tower or boat cruises. You can turn up on the day and get tickets, or in advance, and it gives you much more flexibility. The Eiffel Tower team were giving refunds then and there for those who had booked directly.

I was really looking forward to my trip to Pattaya 2 weeks ago. I was going on an elephant experience and nobody turned up to pick us up. The was no communication at all. We had to contact them to see what was happening. As a result we missed out on other activities as we had to change plans. Also they took money from my account which was not authourised. I don't think I would go with them again

First of all, they did refund all of my money. The problem was I booked a day-long tour of Rome. We were to be picked up and returned to the port of Civitavechia. The day before the scheduled tour, I was informed it had been canceled due to weather. We took the train from the port to Rome and walked around on our own. It was crowded but the weather was beautiful. I think they didn't want to come to the port to pick us up. Totally disappointed in their service.
