“I just signed up for Zealthy. I paid the fee to start. I got part way through the process…before validating my identity… and changed my mind. I notified Zealthy that I want to cancel and they say the “membership” is non-refundable. For something I didn’t complete registering for? I wrote to them three times before I got a response and this is the response se I got. I will put in a claim with my payment method, open a case, get my money back, and ensure I’m not charged for anything else. I should have read the reviews before I started the process. -1 STAR.”

“In the same thread my provider forgot which medication I was prescribed and continually pushed me to order off-brand compounded medication directly from them out of pocket even though my insurance covers Mounjaro 100%. They are extremely hellbent on getting you to purchase through them instead of a local pharmacy, even if it means ordering the wrong medication (Ozempic instead of Mounjaro).”

“Zealthy was unable to timely supply medication and I notified them not to ship any medication 4 times because I would not be home. I kept receiving what appeared to be auto generated replies which were useless. I called customer service and even their pharmacy to get this order stopped but it was shipped regardless. I have disputed the charge with my CC issuer and will be finding another provider. I wish I could upload my chat history for everyone's amusement.”

“Great experience with the nurse practitioner working with me. She's funny, friendly and knows so much. It's been invaluable having someone be able to guide me on an ongoing basis instead of trying to call my doctor's office and wait for a phone reply or try to get a hold of him.”

“Losing weight has been much easier with Zealthy and glp1s. Really happy I joined. It’s $49 for the first month of medical care and coaching but the medication is extra if you don’t have insurance. They were able to get mine covered by my insurance.”

“If I could give a zero I would. The membership is $135.00 then you pay $300.00 plus for the medications. If you want to disenroll forget about getting your member ship mo ey back. I thought I was paying for the medication come to find out it was for the membership. Not even 5 minutes later I asked for my money back seeing it wasn't for medication. They denied me my money. TOTAL RIP OFF.”

“Stay away from Zealthy. They are a scam company that charges your account without authorization. Their messaging is horrible, and when I ask for details about what services they provided in accordance with the charge they made to my card, they point me to the portal with almost no detail. They cannot and will not provide the requested details. Zealthy refuses to refund the charges, claiming they were authorized when, in fact, they were not. My only option at this point is to report them to the state of Florida, the BBB, and my attorney.”

Hello Joshua, we are sorry to hear about this unexpected charge. Reviewing your account we do see that you did sign up for a membership with us in March. The recent fee you are seeing is the next month's renewal. We also made sure to review the messages within your portal to see where our Zealthy Coordinators can improve. Since you have canceled the membership and no longer plan on using it we are more than happy to refund the fee back. We are going to be contacting you via phone and/or email with the refund details. “Using Zealthy has been extremely easy to use. I love that I can chat with someone and ask questions and there’s always someone able to answer. I haven’t had any complications or issues using Zealthy! Very satisfied. I wish my medication could arrive sooner, but my coach and everyone assures me and provides info as needed!”

“Very easy to use, got PA through insurance so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for medication. Gave me a meal and workout plan to help me follow for maximum results. I also have a coach that I can contact when needed for questions or concerns and they get back to you really quickly.”
