“I cancelled my membership once and they continued to take out the $135.00 monthly cost for 4 months. Then I cancelled it again and took off my credit card. I kept getting notices that they couldn't charge my card and to please update the card or call.”

“I wanted to skip my periods, that was something that was advertised, then I was charged and told I COULD NOT DO THAT, that literally all I needed this service for, so I said cancel the whole thing I won't be using the service at all but I was still charged 6 months later, and all I was told was "oopsie here's a refund" and I told them that can't be happening every 6 months, take my card off here or delete my account and I never got a message back, I think 10 days is plenty of time to get back to me. I messaged them a few more times and never got a response. I tried to cancel my subscription several times on my own and couldn't, the continue button would grey out and just keep "loading" indefinitely. I was out $90 for 7 buisness days and had to cancel my card in order to avoid being charged for a service I never even used! I would never recommend this service to anyone and hope this helps other people not make the same mistake as me.”

“I thought they were honestly their to help me and for almost a year I paid every month.then today they said out of the blue my insurance said I had Medicare when I did not I had the insurance I had for years.they lied.i think it's because I won't pay for their doctors or the other shots to be delivered to my home.no I won't I already pay $135.00 for the membership and my insurance paid the shots but they want me to pay $135.00+$156.00 a month. Now I don't have the shots for next month like I had all year.what am I going to do? Don't trust them”

“My first order was shipped to my apartment, and the carrier left in the apartment's package lockers, which require a code to get in that the carrier did not provide. By the time I was able to get apartment management involved and get them to open the locker so I could get my package, I checked back with Zealthy and was told the medicine was no longer good after being unrefridgerated that long. Zealthy refused to answer why a medicinal package that also requires medication wasn't shipped in such a manner that required a signature nor did anything at all to rectify the situation. The carrier said to contact the shipper and the shipper (zealthy) did nothing. So a lot of shifting the blame without actually doing anything to keep a customer. They just want your money folks. Keep away.”

“I would not recommend this company to anyone ! I needed a prescription by a certain date for a trip. They told me no problem . I paid $39 to get prescription. They did not send I called them they said they could get it to me after my trip which made it useless to me . I asked for a refund and they refused. I left a bad review on a fire and they reply like they want to help lol they say to email them and leave a bad email address , they are liars and fake do not use them unless you want to get ripped off!”

“If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This is a 'fly by night' company who scammed me. They sent me an almost empty bottle of medication and then refused to send me what I paid for. The vile of medication only had about 2 doses worth of medication. The medication was supposed to be 2.5mg and enough for at least 4 doses over the course of a month. They sent about 0.5mg. Instead of taking accountability and providing what I purchased, they asked me to make another purchase. Their customer service representatives are incompetent, rude, and have no power to rectify a situation. Furthermore, they make zero effort to retain customers. Had they simply given me what I paid for, I would have kept my membership for a long time. Since they refused to take accountability by either refunding the money or sending me what I paid for, I had to call the bank to get the charges reversed. The amount of time I spent dealing with these scammers AND the bank was not worth my time in terms of dollars because of the amount of money I make. However, I did it on principal because I don't want to see others going through the same thing.”

“Horrible experience- started an application online because they advertised a low price on Tirzepatide. Then, when I get to the end of the application, I realize there are additional charges for monthly counseling etc. I did not finish the application nor approve charges. I received a text and e-mail that I need to finish the application because I already paid for counseling...WHAT? I never authorized payment of anything. I text immediately to cancel and called and left a voice mail message also. This morning the customer service representative said they will not refund the 49.00- I received nothing for 49.00. I am declining to pay on my credit card.”

“I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Zealthy. I paid for a three-month supply of medication and membership, only to have the shipping delayed, forcing me to pay for a fourth month while I was barely into my second month of treatment. There was a two-week delay in my medication shipment, which put my treatment on hold, disrupting my progress and causing unnecessary stress. During my third month, I was advised to increase my dosage from 50 units to 125 units. However, in the last week of my second month, I only had 20-22 units left in my vial. When I brought this up, the provider accused me of wasting the medication by incorrectly drawing it, implying that I was at fault for being short on my last dose. Despite my concerns, I was not advised against taking the 125 units the following week, leading to severe complications. As a result of this reckless advice, I suffered from severe stomach cramps, nausea, constipation, and fatigue. I ended up in the ER with excruciating pain, where I had to pay $500 out of pocket just for the providers to question who authorized such a high dose. It was clear that I had overdosed on the medication, leading to severe gut issues. The pain persisted, and I had to return to the ER due to the ongoing symptoms. To make matters worse, I have not heard from a provider since I was advised to go to the ER. I am currently fighting for a full refund and will be disputing the charges with my bank if this issue is not resolved. The service has been nothing short of awful, with random NPs replying to my inquiries and customer service representatives who seem completely clueless about the situation. This has been an incredibly frustrating and painful experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Zealthy with their health and well-being.”
