“Super happy with the tires and how fast the shipping was ordered them on Sunday and had them on Tuesday mounted on the car saved me 400 dollars or more compared to the discount tire and they were gonna take a week to get them”

“Ordered 4 tires and received 3. Contacted Giga asking for an ETA on my last tire. They emailed me back confirming that I was missing one. I confirmed. I told them that I didn't want a refund, I want my complete order filled.I didn't hear from them so I contacted them asking when I would receive my tire. They issued me a refund without me requesting one. Not sure what part of I don't want a refund, I want my tire didn't they understand!!! No solution for me. They just didn't care. I ordered through another company so F Giga.”
